Appointment Process:

Appointments are arranged by calling the clinic at 829-1709. Scheduled medical appointments start at 8am Monday-Friday, with the last appointment at 5pm.  Surgery appointments are scheduled for Monday-Thursday mornings. Exceptions are made for emergencies. These will be accommodated as the need arises.
 

If you have an emergency outside of our regular office hours, simply call the regular hospital number at 829-1709. Your call will be answered by Lakes Area Veterinary Emergency Service's answering service. Please leave them your first AND last name, phone number and the nature of the emergency. A doctor will be contacted immediately and will return your call. Please wait to hear from the vet before leaving for the hospital, and please make sure your phone line is open to receive the call.
