~Homemade Treats for Prescription Diets~

 
This recipe was given to me for Hill's Prescription z/d treats, but most canned diets should work! Because dogs on special diets should primarily be on that diet only with no other foods/treats added, this is a great way to make treats that will not interfere with their diet!
 
Shake out canned contents intact

Cut into 1/2 inch thick circle slices

Cut the circles into triangles - like a pie

Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping them after 15 minutes. If you don't flip them, the top cooks and the bottom does not (all the moisture runs to the bottom)

Cool and share with your favorite furry friend!
